Access: Enjoy convenient train access, with both Tsudanuma Station on the JR Sobu Line and Tsudanuma Kyousei on the Keisei Line only a nine minute walk away. This location is only 29 minutes from Tokyo station, and since JR Tsudanuma is the starting station for the Sobu line, you will be able to get a seat on the train every day. If you take the Keisei Line, the terminal station Ueno is also conveniently accessed without any transfers

Area: The area around Tsudanuma is also very lively, making sure you will never lack for activities to do where you live. Aeon Jusco shopping centre, Ito Yokado grocery, Don Quixote, and other shopping centres and malls popular with a younger generation exist in abundance here. Right past the Aeon lies Arden Tsudanuma house.

Interior: Arden Tsudanuma is our first house to offer a Share Style cooking community, with the house theme of “Let`s Cook!”. Whatever you want to cook; eating food together is more fun, and sharing can make it cheaper for everybody. Not just culinary delights, but international television programming is available on our large 50-inch HDTV, including sports and movie programming. Private room facilities are, of course, available as well, with spacious rooms and closets available. Move right in with plenty of luggage, because there is plenty of storage and all the rooms are fully furnished with desk, chair, bed and shelving. Our share houses are ready for you from the first day.
