"My home" concept: A beautiful garden and exterior decorate the entrance to this guesthouse. Inside, a chic antique-style interior awaits. You will feel a sense of tranquility, as though you have just returned to your own home. This is the ambience we have aimed to produce.

Immediate access to three railway lines: Three lines - the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line and Yurakucho Line, and the Seibu Ikebukuro Line - converge at the nearby Shinsakuradai Station (Seibu Line), which is only a seven-minute walk from the house. As well as nearby Ikebukuro, this station provides direct access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ginza and Iidabashi, making it perfectly situated both for work and for play.

Proximity to a "happening town": A walk of just ten minutes will take you to Egota, a students' town that is home to Musashino Academia Musicae, Nihon University College Of Art, and a wealth of fashionable and tasty yet cheap eateries. Due to its very nature, events are held in this town on an almost daily basis, guaranteeing that you will never be short of things to do.

Convenient facilities: The guesthouse is equipped with a sufficient number of clean Washlet-type toilets, there are large bathtubs in three locations, and at the entrance is a shoe rack that is spacious enough to also hold boots. Private rooms have large closets and stylish beds. There are even bicycles available for use when everyone fancies going out.
