Access: The popular Tokyo Metro Tozai Line is readily available from this share house. Roppongi, Akihabara, Ginza, and Otemachi station are all majors stations located within 30 minutes of this house. Arden Kasai is located just ten minutes from this convenient station. The Tozai line operates a particularly large number of regular trains, which makes it a very popular line. The frequency of this convenient line makes it possible to go directly to work without ever having to change lines, a great convenience in Tokyo.

Surrounding Area: The area around Arden Kasai and Kasai station are both pleasant and fashionable. The gently winding road is lined on both sides with brick style shops. Whether you are looking for cafes, restaurants, or large discount supermarkets, it is available in the Kasai area. Buying your food in bulk from the supermarket is also possible, if you are interested in saving money. There is also a large seaside park available, and Tokyo Disneyland is very close as well.

Renovation: The exterior structure of the building is four story concrete reinforced with steel and clad in brick and wood. The interior has been fully renovated with a living and dining room on the third floor of the house, with the entrance actually opening onto the second floor. The bright and spacious living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The entire interior has been redone with brand new wallpaper, we welcome you to see the renovations yourself!

Benefits: There are other benefits to Arden Kasai as well, including a free bicycle for all tenants! The distance to the station becomes no problem with this bicycle, and you can even reach Disneyland by bicycle from this house.
