Direct access is readily available to Akihabara、Ueno、Otemachi、Ebisu、Roppongi、and Asakusa, making either work or play easy

Surrounding Area: This new share house is located right next to the Arakawa river. Enjoy walking or jogging by the riverside, cycling is available in the area as well. In addition, the summer fireworks festival “Arakawa Fireworks” is held on this riverbank. Enjoy from the roof level of your new house! Arden Kita Senju is a relaxing and healing environment for the normally active lifestyle of the area。 Shopping is very convenient in the area, with Tokyu Hands, Kinokuniya, Marui, Lumines, Tsutaya, and other department stores and shopping facilities available. Concept: The theme for this house is “English”. Every Sunday, an activity is taught by a native English speaker to tenants of the house. This system of casual English conversation, known as AEC, allows for tenants to practice their English in a natural setting, without the pressure of formal classes. Having parties, playing games, or holding cooking events are some examples of the type of events used in AEC to not only help practice English naturally, but to have fun while doing so.
