Guest House Agency "Share Style" is offering Foreign English speaker a accommodation, where you can get a rental discount and earn some additional money just by teaching conversational English to Japanese tenants.

About ARDEN ENGLISH COMMUNITY

“AEC” stands for Arden English Community, our language exchange program. We have native English language speaking residents work with our Japanese tenants twice a week to practice fun conversational English. In exchange, our English-speaking tenants are provided with discount rent.

What you get

We give you 10% ~ 20% discount (every month) from the monthly rent.

Requirements

We are looking for native-level English speakers that also are willing to live in the house that they are teaching. No formal English teaching degree is required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include offering English language practice for other tenants, with two one-hour English activities per week.  These activities need not be formal lessons, and can take the form of conversations, games, cultural activities, cooking, trips, or other fun and practical English situations.
