If you are interested in moving to Kasai, this festival gives a great taste of everything the area has to offer.

 

There is a large yellow banner announcing the festival entrance, something well worth checking out if you are interested.

 

The festival is held in the scenic park area, where you can view both the beautiful gardening and the clean and clear water.

 

Water is flowing directly into the waterways here from edogawa.

 

Videos and donations to help the reconstruction efforts after the 3/11 earthquake were still taking place, to aid the Tohoku region affected by the tragedy.

 

The local businesses, community, and neighbourhood associations have grouped together to host this event.

 

Kasai has many young families around, so children frequent this event too.  Enjoy the young atmosphere and the convenience of a wide variety of shops in the Arden Kasai area.

 

Yakisoba is the low price of 200 yen at this stand as well, to celebrate the opening festival.

 

There were also several stages with Yosakoi dancers prepared and performing, with a variety of musical instruments. 

 

Here the canals expand out for everyone`s enjoyment.

 

The festival is already finished for this year, but I hope that next year everyone can join in on this exciting event.
