We have opened our newly finely renovated share house, Arden Kasai.  While Chofu has 6 residents, Denenchofu has 9, and Kitasenju has 8, this house responds to the demands for more luxury style guest houses with 15 available rooms.

 

Arden Kasai is in a recently renovated blue apartment building . Nearby the apartment is a middle school building, that could remind you of your school days.

 

 

The house front is constructed with new glass and stylish wood, neighbours will be envious of the new style.  There is space out front for bicycle parking, which are provided free by the house owner.

 

Enjoy security and peace of mind with an auto-locking front door.

 

New wallpaper and landing by the stairs help continue the modern atmosphere of the house.

 

The living room is brightly lit with large windows allowing a lot of natural light.  The LCD TV pictured here is much larger than it looks, and there is even a wireless internet signal in the living room. 

 

Green draperies help bring some colour into your comfortable living space as well.

 

The back area of the living room is a dining area that can seat up to six.

 

The back kitchen and dining area provides a comfortable place to eat and prepare your meals.

 

The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple refrigerators, cutlery, and all the utensils that you need to prepare.  With a large L-shaped counter, space for even multiple people cooking at once will be no problem.

 

There is even an oven in this house, where you can bake bread or full size pizza.  There`s two tiers as well, so even if somebody is cooking you can use it yourself.

 

 

The house comes with a washing machine and coin operated dryer, there`s also an ironing board and iron included with the house.

 

This is what the shower rooms look like, complete with doggy tail hooks for clothes or towels.

 

In addition to the shower, there`s a spacious renovated bath for relaxing after a long days work.

 

There is a large sink and vanity available on every floor, with plenty of room to store everybody`s toiletries.

 

There is also a full-featured toilet available on each floor.

There`s a lot of storage too, with shelves and hanger space in the two door closet.
